Where we ship

SAEYON ships to the United States, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for orders shipped to these destinations.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 6 to 10 business days. The usual total is therefore approximately 7 to 12 business days from order confirmation.

Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not business days. Exceptional delays may occur during busy periods, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.

Tracking and address

When tracking is available, it is sent by email. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and monitor carrier notifications.

Delays, missing parcels, or damage

If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact contact@saeyon-care.com promptly with your order number. SAEYON will investigate with the carrier and honor applicable customer rights.
