1. Seller and scope
These terms govern purchases made on saeyon-care.com by customers in the United States from Asselman LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, registration number 0008101783. Contact: contact@saeyon-care.com.
2. Products
Product pages describe the main features, prices, and directions for use. Images are illustrative. Customers should check that a product is suitable for their intended use and follow its instructions and precautions.
3. Prices and orders
Prices for the U.S. market are displayed in U.S. dollars. The total due is shown before an order is placed. An order is confirmed after payment is accepted. SAEYON may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, an obvious error, unavailability, or a payment dispute.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout, including Shopify Payments or PayPal where available. Payment providers process card details; SAEYON does not directly store complete card information.
5. Shipping
Standard shipping to the United States is free. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 6 to 10 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Contact contact@saeyon-care.com before any return to receive the return address and instructions. SAEYON offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery for a first order and one serum per customer. The product may be opened and reasonably tried, provided it is returned in its original packaging. The customer pays return shipping. Once the return is received and inspected, the price of the eligible serum is refunded to the original payment method. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
7. Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
If a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact SAEYON with your order number and, if possible, photographs. We will offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Justified costs relating to a covered defect will not be charged to the customer.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAEYON is not responsible for misuse of a product, failure to follow its instructions, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and intellectual property
Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. SAEYON content and distinctive marks may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Questions and applicable rights
Questions or complaints should first be sent to contact@saeyon-care.com. Any mandatory rights applicable to a customer's purchase remain in effect.
